I’ve seen a T-Shirt I like, but I want it in a different colour. Is this possible?
Sure, most designs could transferable to a different coloured T-Shirts. Contact us and let us know what design you like and on what colour T-Shirt and we’ll see if we can help.

Size Guide
If you’re unsure of your size and still want to order a T-Shirt, we allow returns within 14 days, so if you change your mind or order the wrong size just get in touch and we’ll arrange a replacement to be sent to you.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase?
No, you don’t need to register with PayPal to make a purchase, you can use either a Credit / Debit card or a PayPal account if you are already registered.

Is it safe to order from Worm Sign T-Shirts?
Absolutely, PayPal handle all our payments and we never see your credit / debit card details. We only use your email address to contact you if there is a problem and your postal address to send your T-Shirt to.

Delivery

Where can you deliver T-Shirts to?
Everywhere. We are now shipping our T-Shirts to every country in the world.

How much is Postage and Packaging?
For individual T-Shirts, delivery prices are;

UK & Ireland: £2.50 per order.
Rest of the World: £5.00 per order.

How long will my T-Shirt take to arrive?
We produce each T-Shirt especially for you, so in virtually all cases you should expect your order to arrive within 5 - 7 days, however postage delays or holidays such as Christmas can delay the delivery, so please allow up to 14 days for delivery to avoid disappointment.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver your order within 28 days, you will be notified via e-mail.

How are the T-Shirts sent?
All orders are sent by Recorded Mail, a signature will be required to receive the T-Shirt. We use Recorded Mail - both in the UK and Internationally so your order can be tracked in the unlikely event that it has been delayed or lost in the post.

Returns

How do I return a T-Shirt that’s the wrong size?
If you decide your T-Shirt is either too large or too small, we will be happy to exchange it for a different size. Simply send it back to us at the address below unworn and unwashed.

Refunds:

Can I get my money back?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your T-Shirt we are happy to offer a full refund. Refunds will only be made after the T-Shirt is returned unworn and unwashed. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

Where do I send my unwanted t-Shirt to?

T-Shirts should be returned within 14 days of delivery. You should post them to the following address:

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage, and send by Recorded Mail. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to include your name and address with your T-Shirt.

How will I get my refund?

Providing that we receive your unwanted T-Shirt in a resalable condition within 14 days, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded to your credit or debit card via PayPal within 30 days.
